These classes are customizable. Please let me know before class begins (preferably with 2-3 days’ notice) what you would like to focus on. We can focus on reading, phonics, conversation, or follow a standardized curriculum that incorporates all of the language arts. I hope to see you soon!
Cancellations:
Student Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, I ask for 12-hour notice and I will give full credit for another class.
Teacher Cancellations: Circumstances may occur where the teacher needs to cancel the class. The teacher will alert the other party as soon as possible and a full credit will be given to the student for another class.
Both parties understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances like an emergency or power outage may result in a teacher or student no-show. If this happens then the class will be rescheduled.
Late arrival: I will wait and remain in the classroom for the scheduled class time in case of late student arrival. However, I cannot stay late after the scheduled time in order to make up missed time for the student.
