Terms & Conditions
By signing up to be a client of ESL Teachers Hub (“Client”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”).
ESL Teachers Hub reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding orders received. You agree to use the services at your own risk.
(1) Refund Policy
This is a subscription-based service so there will be no refunds given after 24 hours of making the payment unless in the case of upgrading your package after already purchasing a lesser package.
(2) Canceling Subscription
If a Client wants to downgrade or cancel the Budget, Basic or Deluxe package simply give a 1-month notice to avoid additional charges. It is recommended to cancel your subscription by logging into PayPal directly.
(3) Inactive Account
If an Account has been inactive for more than 1 month due to lack of subscription payment, it becomes dormant or inoperative and is thought to be abandoned. The Account will be closed and services inoperable without notice.
(4) Sharing Services
Please note that this is a per-client service and can only be utilized by one Client. Sharing links, content, and materials in the member’s area or giving the username and password to others is strictly prohibited and the Account will be blocked immediately without notice.
(4) Client Behavior
Inappropriate behavior during interactions of any sort with ESL Teachers Hub be it in emails, messages, on social media, etc. is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
(5) Freelance Teachers
Clients are contractors and are not employees of ESL Teachers Hub. We are not ultimately responsible for what they do with their students. Clients will be held directly liable should the tone or content of their communications be deemed offensive in any way. We hold no responsibility for this, although we will be sure to investigate and discipline the offender if necessary, including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating their Account with ESL Teachers Hub and reporting their conduct to the relevant government authorities.
(6) Account Security
Clients are responsible for saving and protecting their Account details and password. ESL Teachers Hub will not be held liable should someone enter their Account and change their settings.
(7) Displaying Content
ESL Teachers Hub will legally own any and all content received by Clients and reserves the right to display them on this website. This includes sharing clients’ content for advertising and marketing purposes. Using one Client’s personal content on another Client’s webpage will not be performed unless first consented.
(8) Equipment and Conditions
ESL Teachers Hub bears no liability for the quality of internet connectivity resulting in apps, forms, and pages not opening and/or working correctly. In certain situations, a desktop PC or laptop may work better than a handheld device and it is encouraged to try different devices when experiencing problems. Before contacting the staff about diagnosing the problems please do research online to see if you are able to find the solution. If all else fails please contact the ISP for the best assistance with such matters.
(9) Temporary Interruption of Service
ESL Teachers Hub bears no liability for interruption of services due to the force of natural events such as floods, fires, uprisings, etc. The hosting company we use offers a 99% up-time and is never down for more than a few minutes.
(10) Special Bonus’
The sign-up bonus will be availed upon the completion of a Client’s first successful payment app transaction consisting of a minimum of $1,500. The referral bonus will be given when a client using the Affiliate program accumulates a minimum of $45. Only one sign-up bonus can be availed per Client and a maximum of $45 limit for referral bonuses can be collected for each new client referred. (11) Payment Apps
The payment apps have a 5% fee per transaction, you will receive payouts via PayPal or Wise. There may be additional fees charged by the Client’s bank or the remittance company which is chosen. It generally takes 5-7 business days for orders to be fully processed depending on which payment method was utilized. In order to ensure Clients will continue to honor their students’ prepaid lessons, a payout of $300 maximum per month per student order has been implemented in accordance with the Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce companies, which we partner with for online transactions. NOTE: You may have as many separate orders combined as any total paid out at one time.

(12) Webpage Creation
To have a custom-designed webpage created there is a 3 month lock-in period. It is required to cover the cost of designing and building the webpage. There are no additional fees, you just need to pay 3 months in advance for your membership. Once the 3 months have ended you can go back to a monthly subscription if so desired.
